OF THALASSA BEACH RESORT SITE
INVITATION TO THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Dear Apartment Owners,
You are cordially invited to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, which will be held in accordance with the Law of the Condominium (storey) Ownership and the Law of the Storey Servitude/Easement 35/2010 (KAT MÜLKİYETİ VE KAT İRTİFAKI YASASI 35/2010). The meeting will include key agenda issues for discussion and decision-making which shall cover the topics listed below including the election of the members of the New Board of the Committee.
Extraordinary General Meeting Date and information:
1st meeting 22/10/2025.
At the first owners’ meeting on October 22, there was no quorum. The minutes of the meeting are here...
and a second meeting is scheduled for 06/11/2025.
Time: 11.00 AM.
Where: Deks restaurant, Thalassa Beach resort, Bafra, North Cyprus.
Attendance:We kindly request that flat owners attend the meeting in person or through their authorized attorney. Please bring a copy of your title deed or Stamped Agreement of Sale (including the land registry receipt of the file number of registration of your Agreement of Sale) with you.If you have any questions or require further information, feel free to reach out.
