Funds collection/donations

The funds are collected for the committee’s establishment and other legal matters.

It has been agreed that a minimum contribution of 100 GBP per apartment will be made.

 

We wish to assure all stakeholders that these funds are strictly allocated for their intended purposes and are not being used to address issues such as water meter disconnections or other individual owners’ problems.

Contributions were already made by +100 owners.

Payment Options

To facilitate contributions, the following payment methods are available:

a) Bank Transfer

Payments can be made through a local North Cyprus bank. Please inquire info@thalassacommittee.com.  It is the most  suitable way of payment. 

b) Online Payment via Ko-fi platform.
This is one of the simplest options, however, please note that PayPal deducts approximately 12% in transaction fees.
 
c) Cash Payment in Thalassa

Cash contributions may also be made directly to our representatives on-site in Thalassa.

If you choose this method, please contact info@thalassacommittee.com so we can connect you with the designated person responsible for collection at that time.

In the case of cash payments, we kindly request that a simple written receipt be completed, including the following information:
• Name of the person making the payment
• Apartment number(s)
• Amount paid
• Date of the transaction
• Signatures of both the contributor and the person receiving the funds
This documentation is necessary to ensure transparency and proper tracking of all contributions.
