Thalassa Beach Resort Site Owners’ AssociationExtraordinary General Assembly MeetingBy this document, based on the request of 221 members of the Thalassa Beach Resort Site Owners’ Association (whose signatures are attached), and for the purpose of discussing the important and urgent matters stated in the call for the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, the 2nd Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting was held on 6 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Deks Restaurant, Thalassa Beach Resort, Bafra, under the provisions of the Condominium and Easement Law (35/2010).At this meeting, the following decisions were unanimously adopted:
Official number of participants in the meeting:
44 apartments represented in person.
93 apartments represented by proxy.
137 apartments represented in total.
The following persons were elected to the Thalassa Beach Resort Site Board of Directors:
1. Mr. James Joseph Taylor (Jim)
2. Mrs.Tracey Gray
3. Mr.Vaidotas Deksnys (Vaidas)
The following persons were elected to the Thalassa Beach Resort Site Audit Committee:
1. Mr. Eugenijus Bareisa
2. Mr. Maksim-Volha Tserashkova
3. Mrs.Yvonne Dahlsten Neving
