How to Sign a Power of Attorney for the November 6th Meeting

Extraordinary General Meeting

1st meeting 22/10/2025;

and a second meeting is scheduled for 06/11/2025, in the absence of a quorum

Time: 11.00 AM.

Where: Deks restaurant, Thalassa Beach resort, Bafra, North Cyprus.

Instructions on How to Sign a Power of Attorney :

✔️a) Download the prepared Power of Attorney form in Word format — available in English/Turkish, Russian/Turkish, or Lithuanian/Turkish.

✔️b) Fill in the empty fields (make sure to fill in the column in Turkish as well) and sign (also in the column where the text is in Turkish).

✔️c) Scan or photograph the completed form with your mobile phone and send it by email info@thalassacommittee.com.

❗️Important:

The person granting the Power of Attorney must prove that they are indeed the owner of the apartment(s).

This can be done in several ways:

1. Send by email info@thalassacommittee.com before the meetings of copies:

a) The first page of the registered TAPU purchase contract (where the owner’s name is visible), or Title deed,

b) The last page (where all signatures, registration date, and TAPU number are visible),

c) And a copy of your passport.

2. Alternatively, send the mentioned documents to the person you have authorized, who will attend the meeting(s) in person at Deks Restaurant.

This way, before the meeting(s), our lawyer can legally verify the authenticity of the documents:

you may show the saved documents on your mobile phone,
or bring printed copies, that our lawyer could approve and issue a ballot for voting (where voting will take place).

Please mark if you plan to attend in person the Extraordinary Owners’ Meeting at Thalassa on October 22 and/or November 6.

It is also important that you indicate whether you agree to allow other owners to grant you a proxy.
