Invitation to sign Owners letter to Thalassa Properties Limited
Dear Thalassa Owners,
We kindly invite all owners to sign an important letter, which has been reviewed and approved by our legal advisors, and which will be sent to Thalassa Properties Limited administrators.
This letter forms part of the legal preparations for the upcoming owners’ meetings in October
Purpose: For the owners of Thalassa to establish a Committee and decide/appoint the management company for Thalassa themselves.
How to Sign the Thalassa Owners’ Letter for Submission to Thalassa Properties Limited
Instructions:
Owners may sign the letter using one of the following methods:

Remote Signing: A personal invitation to sign already is sent via email for those who opened the Committee recent newsletters. If you do not receive the email (please check your Spam folder), please contact info@thalassacommittee.com. We will prepare a separate document for remote signing with updated owner information and email addresses.

Manual Signing: You may print the prepared sample letter (available in English/Turkish here...; на русском языке ...), complete it by writing your full name, block/apartment number, and sign it. Once completed, please return the signed letter to info@thalassacommittee.com.
